#616 Tresidder takes silver at Buxton’s 1300cc Final Round

A strong turnout at Buxton for Final Round of the 1300cc Series, with newcomer #9 Dominic Griessen delivering a dominant performance across all six heats and the Final. Consistency was the theme of the night, with the majorityof the drivers all regularly featuring in the results. The biggest story of the night, however, came from #616 Jamie Tresidder, whose steady scoring across every round of the series was enough to secure the 1300cc Saloon Stock Series Championship & claiming the coveted SILVER ROOF.
Heats
#9 Griessen opened the evening with a convincing win in heat 1, followed home by #358 Max Tadd and #96 Nuno Cardoso. #808 Tim McCarthy, #616 Jamie Tresidder, #27 Chris Streets, #606 Jonathan Siddle, and #777 Gary Gray completed the running.
Another strong drive in heat 2 from #9 Griessen, taking a second win ahead of #96 Cardoso and #616 Tresidder. #808 McCarthy, #606 Siddle, #27 Streets, #358 Tadd, #484 Lucas Lee, and #777 Gray all finished.
#9 Griessen continued the streak with a third win heat 3, followed by #616 Tresidder and #96 Cardoso. #27 Streets, #808 McCarthy, #484 Lee, #358 Tadd, #606 Siddle, and #777 Gray rounded out the order.
Heat 4 & fourth straight win for #9 Griessen, ahead of #96 Cardoso and #616 Tresidder completing the top 3. Follwed closely by #27 Streets, #484 Lee, #808 McCarthy, #606 Siddle, and #358 Tadd completed the result. Only retiement of the evening was #777 Gray with technical issues.
#9 Griessen remained unbeaten, taking Heat 5 ahead of #96 Cardoso and #808 McCarthy. #358 Tadd, #616 Tresidder, and #27 Streets followed. #606 Siddle rolled and finished his roof.
Heat 6 produced another win for #9 Griessen, with #358 Tadd taking second and #484 Lee third. #616 Tresidder, #808 McCarthy, #27 Streets, and #606 Siddle completed the running.
Final
The Final capped off a perfect night for #9 Griessen, taking the win ahead of #808 McCarthy and #358 Tadd. #616 Tresidder, #484 Lee, #606 Siddle, and #27 Streets completed the top seven.
Meeting Summary
A dominant Round Ten for #9 Griessen, winning all six heats and the Final with strong pace and control. #96 Cardoso and #616 Tresidder were the closest challengers across the programme, while all drivers delivered consistent points throughout a busy evening at Buxton.
